Order, Payment, and Delivery Coordination
A useful quotation brief includes measurements, fabric preferences, colors, logo artwork and technique, branding accessory artwork, size breakdown, quantity, packaging requirements, preferred shipping method, and required delivery timing. The standard payment term is a 40% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Supported methods include T/T, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, L/C, D/A, and D/P.
